Personal Data

• My name is Emil J. Tillona and I reside on Long Island, located in the State of New York. I hold a US Extra Class Amateur Radio License (KD1F), a Hong Kong Amateur Station License VR2/KD1F and I am a Life Member of the ARRL (American Radio Relay League) Being a Ham I am an avid DX'er. Beside DX'ing I also enjoy CW, QRP, Satellite, RTTY and the homebrewing aspects of Amateur Radio. My other hobbies include Instrument Flying, Large Format Photography, and Astronomy.

• I am currently President of Radio Central Amateur Radio Club located on Long Island. Radio Central Amateur Radio Club has some celebrated hyperlinks to other Amateur Radio resources. • I have been appointed the ARRL DXCC Card Checker for the Hudson Division. Under this program I will be able to check all awards except 160 meter DXCC, and all QSLs from any current DXCC Entity. This will apply to both new awards and endorsements. QSOs made up to ten years prior to the current year will be eligible for checking the field, while older cards and Deleted Entities may still be sent to ARRL Headquarters.
